Tokenomics

Total Supply: 14,000,000 GDT

Seed Sale: 1,633,333 GDT Funds Raised: $490,000 USDT Vesting Terms: Participants in the Seed sale will have 15% of their tokens available at the Token Generation Event (TGE), the remainder will be unlocked linearly monthly afterwards (20% per month).

Advisory: Allocation: 840’000 GDT Vesting Terms: Advisors will have 15% of their tokens available at the Token Generation Event (TGE), the remainder will be unlocked linearly monthly afterwards (20% per month).

Strategic Partnerships and Marketing: Allocation: 2’026’667 GDT

Gradient Treasury and Incentives: Allocation: 4,000,000 GDT, Locked for 6 Weeks, will be transferred to DAO controlled Wallet

Team: Allocation: 1,500,000 GDT Vesting Schedule: A 12-month cliff is applied, followed by a linear release of 15% monthly

Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool (LBP) Sale: Allocation: 4’000’000 GDT Opening Price: $2 per GDT, FDV 28’000’000, 8’000’000M Circulating Mcap

If there are tokens left unsold at the end of the LBP, they will be burnt.

TGE is happening within 24 hours of LBP conclusion.
